Asistente360Pro is operated by ADJ CONSTRUCTION LLC. These terms govern use of the Asistente360Pro account, productivity, scheduling, task, document, and customer-care services.

Use of the service

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for lawful use of the service. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. The service is provided subject to applicable law, and these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

SMS Messaging Terms

Users may optionally consent to receive SMS messages from Asistente360Pro. Recipients are registered users and customers who directly and voluntarily opt in using an unchecked web-form checkbox.

Customer care message types may include account notifications, appointment reminders, task reminders, confirmations, service updates, and customer support responses requested by the user. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@asistente360pro.com. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of the main service.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this data only as necessary to operate the service and may not use it for their own marketing.

Limitation and contact
