Asistente360Pro is operated by ADJ CONSTRUCTION LLC. These terms govern use of the Asistente360Pro account, productivity, scheduling, task, document, and customer-care services.

Use of the service

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for lawful use of the service. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. The service is provided subject to applicable law, and these terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Asistente360Pro Customer Care SMS Program

Program Name: Asistente360Pro Customer Care SMS Program.

Asistente360Pro, operated by ADJ CONSTRUCTION LLC, sends non-promotional CUSTOMER_CARE SMS messages only to authorized registered users who directly and voluntarily opt in through the public registration form. Messages include user-requested support, customer-care responses, service-request follow-ups, and user-requested reminders. They are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is optional and is not required to create an account, purchase a service, or use the platform.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
